This Pricing Schedule shall be read in conjunction with the Upflow Master Service Agreement available at www.upflow.io/legal, and any information contained in the Order Form, as applicable. To the extent there is any conflict between the Plan and the Order Form, the Order Form will govern.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Merchant can upgrade their plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle. Plans are prepaid, usage fees are billed postpaid. GIV thresholds are indexed to the subscription frequency.

No legal and security comments accepted on the MSA, or DPA on monthly plans, nor the $10m plan

Accepted payment methods for the subscription:

Monthly or Quarterly plans: payment method on file (card, ACH debit or SPEA direct debit) before Merchant can access their platform
Yearly plans: card, ACH debit or SEPA direct debit or wire transfers.

Upflow plans are based on your yearly Gross Invoice Value (GIV), which is the total value of invoices you manage through Upflow each year. Each plan includes a GIV threshold, a yearly commitment, invoice volume limits, unlimited user seats, and a set of capabilities designed for your scale.

Yes. Upflow’s Discover plan gives you free access to dashboard and insights, so you can understand your AR performance, track key cash flow metrics, and identify where your collections process can improve.

Upflow includes advanced AI assistants across the app, with access depending on your plan. The Insights Agent is included on all plans, so you can ask questions of your AR data and get answers from the start. The Collections Agent, AP Portal Agent, and Cash App Agent are available on higher-tier plans, subject to plan availability and fair usage.

Upflow offers payment capabilities through two options. Essentials lets you use your third-party payment gateway to access core payment features for a small fee. Upflow Payments gives you access to Upflow’s own modern payment gateway for a more complete payment experience, available as a paid add-on.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan as your business grows or as your needs become more advanced. Plan changes are reflected in the next billing cycle.
